The Million Dollar Morning Rituals - Tony Robbins

One thing that the most financially successful people have in common is an empowering morning ritual that helps them make the best of their day!

So at what time do you get up in the morning ? What time do you think you would wake up if you were a millionaire? If you dream of being a millionaire and your answer to this question was "i would wake up at whatever time i want to", then this will make you think !
Did you know that the most wealthy people in the planet have the habit of waking up early? And by early, i mean sunrise!

Richard Branson's, Self-made billionaire founder of Virgin Group, which controls more than 400 companies
Wakes up at 5:00 a.m.

Grant CardoneAmerican author, motivational speaker, real estate investor, and sales trainer
In his best days, wakes at 4:00 in the morning saying "I BEAT THE SUN UP!"

Howard Schultz,Executive chairman of Starbucks, ranked in 2016, by Forbes magazine as the 595th richest person in the United States, with a net worth of $2.9 Billion
Wakes up at 4:30 in the morning.

For this particular post i've chosen one person wich i'm an absolute fan of! His work and energy inspires me every day to become better and more focused in my goals.

Tony Robbins

He is a life coach, no .. Sorry... He is THE life coach, best selling author on the most amazing selfhelp books i ever read!

Robbins is the founder of several companies, approximately 4 million people around the world have attended his live seminar, this man has built a billion dollar empire from ground up.

Morning Ritual

 According to Business Insider, because of his frequent travel, Robbins doesn't go for a specific wake-up time, but he ensures that he gives himself at least 10 to 15 minutes for his routine regardless of how much sleep he got.

a) Takes a dip in one of his cold plunge pools and keeps himself submerged for a full minute,or if available, does a whole-body cryotherapy - a therapy that uses liquid nitrogen to drop the user's skin temperature by 30 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit over two to three minutes. The sharp drop in temperature reduces inflammation and triggers a rush of endorphins.

b) "Priming" - a ritual that consists on:
  1. Three sets of 30 Kapalabhati Pranayama breaths (an ancient yoga exercise);
  2. Expressing gratitude - he thinks about 3 things that he is grateful for;
  3. Pray - seeking strength and wishing good things on his family, friends, and clients. He considers it a spiritual exercise, but it doesn't need to be tied to religion.

c) A nutritious breakfast, usually fish and salad.

So maybe your thinking some of these rituals are a bit extreme for you, but just think about it for a second.

You don't have to do exactly what tony does but, if you started waking up earlier, exercising, taking a cold shower, hearing a guided meditation on gratitude and having a nice nutricious breakfast each morning, what benefits do you think this would give you?

  • Is it possible that you would be more energised starting your day?
  • Do you think you would get healthier and fit?
  • How would, hearing a gratitude meditation every single morning make you feel? These meditations allow you to notice the small but amazing blessings you have in your life, that you are taking for granted!
  • Do you think acknowledging this you would somehow make you feel happier with where you are at in your life right now?

If you said yes to any of the questions above, if feeling energized, healthy, fit and happy are things that you consider importante in your life, i have something that will help you implement this in your life for good!
